Where you are, though, on that lake, it's beautiful all year round. Stunning photo!

  7. Summer must be especially nice for you by the lake! I'm envious!

  13. I'm sure you are tired of looking at snow, but this picture is just beautiful!

We have spring break in two weeks and that is a sign that warmer weather is just around the corner :)

  14. Thanks, Kals!

Jill - At this point, I'd settle for a spring header with cracks in the ice...

Book Psmith - I always thought that chair looked a little forlorn out there, all alone in the snow.

Rachel - You're right, of course. It's beautiful all year long here, but I'm ready for my view to change ;-)

Diane - 50's sounds wonderful!! We just don't seem to be able to make it to 40.

Verity - So many of us longing for summer...but it still won't get here any sooner, I'm afraid.

Laurel-Rain Snow - Summers are just gorgeous around here! They are the reason we put up with all this snow and cold.

  15. Hannah - We always have snow in March, and usually in April, too. A few years ago we even had a freak snowstorm on Mother's Day in mid-May. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an early spring this year!

    Frances - 50's? 60's?? I'd settle for 40 this weekend...

Kim - I'm afraid we'll have to wait awhile before we see 60. Wish I could head south for spring break.... maybe next year.

Dar - Well at least we don't have snow in the forecast this weekend! Wish I could say the same for next week...

Zetor - Thanks. Thinking of you and hope you're doing better today.

anothercookiecrumbles - Thanks! Can't wait to be sitting in it again.

Molly - The view still takes my breath away every single day... I'm just ready to see water again instead of ice on that lake ;-)
