My plate is overflowing. It seems there are not enough hours in the day. Something has to give and, for now, it's blogging. I'm still reading, and will return once portion size is brought back under control.
I like your analogy with the full plate of food. Life is like that. Hope you are able to de-stress and come back refreshed. I'll be here when you come back.
Sometimes it's nice to step away and unplug. Hope you enjoy your break and get some of those things out of the way--I'm almost there with ya, JoAnn.
ReplyDeleteWe all know how that feels! Hope things come under manageable control soon JoAnn - don't leave us for too long!
ReplyDeleteHope things become managable soon!
ReplyDeleteYou are missed, but we all have these days (weeks? months?). I'm not pulling you off my reader, so take your time and don't let it stress you out!
ReplyDeleteJoAnn - you are definitely doing the right thing. We will see you soon when life begins to take the easier route.
ReplyDeleteYou will still be in my reader, so I will be here to welcome you back:) In the meantime I'll miss your musings.
ReplyDelete**sniff** Come back soon. I miss you already.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, though, we all need a little break from time to time. We'll be here whenever you decide to return.
Very understandable. I'm on one myself, but somehow feel very sad to see others taking a break as well. Hope you are less stressed soon!
ReplyDeleteJoAnn...we totally understand! We'll be waiting for your return:)
ReplyDeleteI can so relate to the analogy and the photo. Take time for you and know that we will all be here when you are free to return.
ReplyDeleteI'll miss you!!! I totally understand and have been scaling back myself!!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break! I hope things settle down soon. We'll miss you in your absence and be here when you return!
ReplyDeleteI like your analogy with the full plate of food. Life is like that. Hope you are able to de-stress and come back refreshed. I'll be here when you come back.

ReplyDeleteBye bye for now, JoAnn! I have come to accept that blogging is far more enjoyable without any rules or pressure on oneself.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break!
ReplyDeleteBrilliantly written, JoAnn! Hope things slow down for you. It's no fun feeling pressured.
ReplyDeleteYou are wise to step away for a while JoAnn. I hope you find a happy balance soon and look forward to hearing from you again when the time is right.
ReplyDeleteI'm so behind I just got here! Enjoy the break.
