Teaser Tuesday - September 8

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by Miz B at Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Here's how it works:
-grab your current read
-open to a random page
-share two teaser sentences from somewhere on the page (avoid spoilers!)
-be sure to include the title and author so other TT participants can add the book to their tbr list if they like your teaser
-leave a comment with your link at Should Be Reading

My Teaser:
A visual teaser this week...
-two images instead of two sentences

I saw this reviewed at Bookbath recently and it went straight to my wish list. With a 40% off coupon from Border's, it was irresistible!

  21. Duh - I kept looking and looking for your verbal Teaser - wondering what those interesting looking images were. Then I realized - they're the Teaser! I'm not at all interested in graphic novels - I think I would just flip right through them and not appreciate the message or something. But I liked your presentation of the genre here.

The Bumbles - That's funny...yup, the pictures are the teaser! Didn't think I'd like graphic novels, but read a few this year that were very good.

Book Bird Dog - That's true. Food books are getting a lot of attention at the moment, aren't they?
