Nice shot. So interesting that you caught them looking in opposite directions. I've never been to a Greyhound race. This sounds like a wonderful event that offers picturesque moments.
Arti - This was taken at out town's 4th of July road race around the lake. There is also a shorter 5K run and I think the owner of these dogs decided to put his bib on the dogs and take them along.
I adore Greyhounds, such a gorgeous picture.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Natalie.
DeleteBeautiful dogs.
ReplyDeleteBeth F - Greyhounds are so elegant. I never get tired of looking at them.

DeleteAw. Zelda was born to run that little sweetie.
ReplyDeleteSandy - I wish we had a fenced yard so she could really let loose!
DeleteI too adore greyhounds -- I wish we had one!
ReplyDeleteAudra - Greyhounds are great pets... so quiet and well-mannered in the house.
DeleteWho doesn't love a greyhound?!
ReplyDeleteKaren - We are definitely a household of greyhound lovers :-)
DeleteSo adorable! I assume Carrie is your daughter!
ReplyDeleteNan - Yes, Carrie is Daughter #1. She started her blog earlier this summer (at Mom's urging).
DeleteSo cute.
ReplyDeleteJust look at Zelda taking it all in! Did she want to fly at the sound of the gates opening, JoAnn?
ReplyDeleteCute!
ReplyDeleteGreyhounds are such beautiful animals!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone. The sight of a small furry animal (squirrels and rabbits, especially) seems to awaken Zelda's racing spirit.
