Your new header makes me realize it's probably been too long since my last visit. :( But did I see something on twitter the other day about flakes in the air?
And how fun for Zelda! She looks like she's enjoying the ride.
Trish - The header just changed yesterday. Your blogiesta success combined with a little push from Thomas were just what I needed.... but we did have snow over the weekend. Zelda loves to ride in the car, especially when there is a walk at the end!
Oh Zelda, you are so sweet! Not at all like my naughty boy, Deacon, who has just lost his tennis ball in the rough and jumped into the creek despite my screaming "No, no, no...". Boys, hmmph!
I just can't help but smile when I look at that picture. I hope she was on her way to somewhere fun. Speaking of pictures, I love the new view of the lake.
Ah bless, she looks so excited :)
ReplyDeleteSam - She loves going out with us!
DeleteWho looks excited?! What a gorgeous girl! Thanks for the early morning smile, JoAnn:)
ReplyDeleteStacy - Glad you started the morning with a smile :-)
DeleteNow that's a happy girl! She looks like she has some Greyhound in her??
ReplyDeleteNan - She's 100% greyhound... we rescued her almost 2 years ago :-)
DeleteZelda is styling with that purple collar/leash and her awesomely gorgeous purple tartan blanket!
ReplyDeleteStaci - Purple seems to be her favorite color ;-)
DeleteOh it is so much fun for a doggy to ride!!!
ReplyDeleteSandy - Zelda loves it... she's anticipating a nice long walk at the end!

ReplyDeleteDarlene - Oh, no! But I'm sure Deacon had a wonderful time ;-)
DeleteHow fun! She is a beautiful dog!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lea!
DeleteAwwwwwwwww, she's so adorable!
ReplyDeleteCan you tell I'm a dog lover? ;)
So adorable. I love that her collar and blanket are matching.
ReplyDeleteOoh, just noted that you are listening to Homecoming of Samuel Lake....my favorite book of the year so far! Hope you are enjoying it, too.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen - I am loving The Homecoming of Samuel Lake! It's the first book this year I am recommending to everybody - and I haven't even finished yet!
DeleteI just can't help but smile when I look at that picture. I hope she was on her way to somewhere fun. Speaking of pictures, I love the new view of the lake.
ReplyDeleteLisa May - Yes, we were on the way to visit my in-laws. She made a new friend and got to go for a walk, too. Glad you like the new header.
DeleteSee seems so happy. Bless you and all the rescue people.
ReplyDeleteDiane - Thanks. I like to think she has added just as much to our lives as we've added to hers.
DeleteWhat a pretty girl! But I bet the windows are full of lick marks!
ReplyDeleteRhapsodyinbooks - Thanks for reminding me. I'm heading out with the windex now... actually meant to clean it up yesterday ;-)
DeleteGosh, I love your dog's name!
ReplyDeleteLee - She was a rescue and as soon as I heard her racing name (Superior Zelda), I knew she was meant for us. I love her name, too.
DeleteI love this picture! She sure looks ready to go!
ReplyDeleteWho needs words? That happy face says it all!
