I've made this cake! But as a bundt, with a chocolate glaze. I got it from Smitten Kitchen. It's my go-to cake for workplace potlucks. Might be time to make it again. . . .
This looks wonderful! We did buy Guinness, but I made (the usual) rum cake to go with it! :--)
