I will be starting
A Few Green Leaves (Pym's last novel), as well as
A Lot to Ask: A Life of Barbara Pym by Hazel Holt. What are you planning to read this week?
Pym Reading Week is co-hosted by
Thomas and
Amanda. Be sure to visit their blogs for the all latest info and links.
At the moment, I am taking my coffee in the drawing room, as I finish Some Tame Gazelle and think about starting another Pym (Excellent Women? No Fond Return of Love? Jane and Prudence?). Later, I will be Hoovering the drawing room.
ReplyDeleteAudrey - Decisions, decisions.... ;-)
DeleteI've just finished Quartet in Autumn and might start The Sweet Dove Died if I have time. I've always wanted to read the Pym biography so will be interested to see what you think.
ReplyDeleteANbolyn - And I'll be interested to read your thoughts on Quartet in Autumn. It was my first Pym and seems different somehow from those I have read recently.
DeleteHope you enjoyed your week of Pym!
