I requested the one for teens. This one sounds really interesting. I've tried to think of 6 words and have yet come up with one that I'm completely happy with!!
I heard a segment about this on NPR one day while I was in the car. I seem to remember that the one from Doogie Houser (sp?) who used to play a teen doctor on TV was especially funny. It's definitely an interesting concept.
I came across this book a couple years ago and loved the Youtube video of it and the whole idea! Since then, at the end of each year, I have tried to describe the year in 6 words. 2009: "Grandchildren give us a second chance." and "Grinch? My heart grew three sizes."
Wow. This sounds like a really interesting book. Thanks for the teaser.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting book! My teaser is at The Crowded Leaf.
ReplyDeleteI'm always flummoxed by the SWM idea. I think I came up with one once, but then forgot it, so it must not have been very accurate.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good teaser.
Here's mine on Rose City Reader.
I like those! How fascinating...I think my six-word memoir would be:
ReplyDelete"Now I am addicted to blogging."
I like the "wine and blogging" one, too.
