I really want to see the Badlands, Montana, and the Pacific Northwest. East of Eden is one of my favorite books ever - hope you get to read it one of these days. Picked it up at a used booksale and didn't realize it was non-fiction at the time. It's interesting to see how dated some of his experiences are (or period specific? not sure how to explain), but I really enjoyed it.
